The My Duke Health app makes it easy to stay engaged with your care and offers access to health information for you and your family whenever you want it. Along with quick access to Duke MyChart, My Duke Health provides resources like an educational health library that can help answer health and wellness questions.
Note: This replaces the existing MyChart app for Duke patients. If you previously accessed your account on the MyChart app, please discontinue use and download this new, Duke-specific app to access your health records.

In future updates, you’ll be able to chat with a virtual assistant, view personalized resource pages based on your health needs, and connect with Duke Health Listens, an online community in which you can offer direct feedback about your healthcare experience.

The app is available for use on all mobile devices. If you’re a Duke patient, My Duke Health will provide a tailored, Duke-specific experience for your online interactions and include all of the current MyChart functionality.

How To Sign Up for Duke MyChart
You will need to have an active account to use all the features of the My Duke Health app. An active MyChart account will help you unlock all the features of the My Duke Health app. If you do not have a Duke MyChart account, you can register online. Sign Up Now.
How To Access Duke MyChart
Because My Duke Health works with Duke MyChart, you’ll be able to schedule appointments, review test results or prescription orders, and conduct video visits. All your information will be secure whether you’re reviewing health summaries or communicating with your care team.
- Go to the Duke MyChart login page.
- Enter your MyChart username and password in the spaces provided and
- Click Sign In to access your account.
You can retrieve it through your saved passwords on your computer browser OR click on forgot username or forgot password just below the login information. The system will help you retrieve or update this information.
