How to Reset Your Duke MyChart Account Password

If you forgot your password, you need to follow a few steps and the system will send you an email with a verification code, allowing you to reset your password. If you forget your Duke MyChart account password, you can reset it by following the below steps:

To reset your password, copy https://dukemychart.org/Home/passwordreset.asp to your browser or click the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page and complete the steps to create a new password.

To update your personal information (e.g. home address, e-mail, emergency contacts) Click on Your Menu and scroll down to Personal Information. To change your password, Click on Your Menu and scroll down to Security Settings.

You may also contact Duke Customer Service at 919-620-4555 or 800-782-6945 between 8:00 am-5:00 pm ET Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday or 8:00 am-4:00 pm ET Thursday to request a new password.
